Samura Deba is a traditional Japanese knife for cutting fish and light mincing with a thick, wide blade. The back of the blade can be used to chop thin bones. Deba’s heavy blade has a good durable edge, suitable for cutting fish or chicken (including bones), as well as for the filleting tasks.
